Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

Our Response
Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:
- Acknowledge receipt of your notice within 24-48 hours
- Investigate the claim promptly
- Take appropriate action, which may include blocking access to the specific content
- Notify you of the action taken
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was wrongly removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice, you may file a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement consenting to jurisdiction in federal court
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
